CUTE OVERLOAD

POWERLESS in the face of such overwhelming cuteness, we’re now seriously considering keeping both Frosty (top) and Snowy. This would mean going up to four cats but the house is big enough, we can afford the food, Emric needs company in his old age (he’s, er, 6) and… bugger it, who am I kidding? Just look at those little faces. How can we resist?

frosty and snowy

So today we took them to get their vaccinations which involved a trip to Garden Grove and a lot of hanging around in a noisy waiting room. Frosty and Snowy — especially Snowy — were terrified (to be honest, Snowy is in a permanent state of terror at the moment) but did well through the injections and blood tests. Huge thanks to the staff of the Golden State Humane Society who were professional, skilled and ridiculously cheap; all the shots came to just $85 for both cats. Great stuff.
