I HAVE finally moved Planet Mut on to WordPress. Well, I say “moved” when I actually mean “started over”. It’s taken me ages to get a look I like and then style it the way I want, and I haven’t even started moving the five-and-a-half years’ worth of stuff over to static pages yet. If you’re missing the old site or want to peruse the archives, it’s here.

There are loads of reasons I shifted the site from static HTML to php, among them:

1. I can now update the site from anywhere without the need for all that arsing about with FTP […]
